TRAINING SEMINAR: Armstrong | Steam Systems Seminar
PRESENTED BY: Tony Furst
DATE: Thursday, July 20th, 2023
TIME: 8AM – 4PM CST
LOCATION: 2920 CENTRE POINTE DRIVE, ROSEVILLE, MN 55113
At one time, steam systems were the norm in the United States. However, over the past 30 years, they have fallen out of favor due to misunderstanding and lack of maintenance. Properly designed steam systems can be extremely efficient and reliable, though they require due diligence at the time of design and throughout their life expectancy.
This class will provide attendees with a foundational understanding of proper steam system design, how to select the proper components for reliable operation, and what to beware of when applying modulating control valves in a steam heating application. This class will also cover steam production and how to control the boiler plant for maximum efficiency and reliability.
